new talents – biennale köln is a platform of the FUHRWERKSWAAGE Kunstraum in Cologne presenting selected graduates of art and design academies from Cologne and Dusseldorf (Academy of Media Arts Cologne, International School of Design, ifs, Cologne University of Music and Dance and Academy of the Arts Düsseldorf). The Representation of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia in Berlin host the event as an outpost for emergent talent from North Rhine Westphalia.
