The adventures of a true underground or rather undercover artist: Phil Frost. They have been filmed in the streets of Manhattan, which are for Frost both living and exhibition space. What he paints, scribbles and sprays on paper cut exactly to size in his apartment during the day, he then pastes in guerrilla-style at extremely visible spots in the city at night. His ironic, macabre monstrosities have been seen by everyone in town - these unmistakable Frost-memorials lurk around every corner and grin from every airshaft. It is not without reason that Frost is treated as Keith Haring's probable successor.
