8th Meeting of Technology Based Art Spaces and Curators in Berlin
Another roundtable for lively discussions takes place at Art Claims Impulse, Wednesday 17th of April at 19:30.
It is scheduled to give the reSource network the possibility to talk about documentation of the meetings, administrating a data base for practical reference (HR, equipment rental, etc.) and ideas about a joint exhibition-related cooperation over summer.
This meeting is a continuation of previous ones where project spaces, curators, producers and initiatives try to create stronger synergies in their programming and work in Berlin, and share ideas and experience. The roundtables have been organised with help and support of transmediale and reSource transmedial culture berlin.
Meeting's Agenda (detailed):
- Administrative ideas, such as ways to document the reSource meetings for those who cannot take part, as well as for reference purposes for all members;
- Ideas related to creating a resource data base for issues related to the media art field: from human resources (programmers, video editors, performers, etc.), to equipment rental (anybody could put up their equipment for rental) and ways of administrating it;
- Ideas related to creating a reSource data base that reSource members can update and share with the others for curatorial purposes;
- Ideas related to organizing a joint festival or exhibition-related cooperation during the summer;
- Any other ideas that come out of the discussion.
