... the mission of searching for reality within the real world does not seem to be necessary. The world gives us the ghost of feeling which sometimes gives us the illusion of truth. We talk and listen - listen and talk. Who to whom, what about what??? Our usual relation to reality means that we talk only about what can be seen, observed and read as a visible gesture. On the other hand: what can be heard when we are in touch with the ghosts of our feelings is more than this. This sensibility leads us to rediscover the creative elements of fire, water and air. To work in this way is to allow the work to become the space-between-reality - between where we encounter our ordinary humanity.
