‘Improvisation Technologies’ is an interac­tive dancing school developed by the cho­reographer, William Forsythe, from the Frankfurt Ballet and the ZKM in Karlsruhe. Forsythe explains the improvisation tech­niques he has developed and demonstra­tes the steps. The extensive collection of the complex language of movement is very well structured and suitable for those unacquainted with dance. Forsythe has been using the preliminary studies for this CD-ROM since 1994 to train his dancers.
