This work deals with the (non)-perception of signals that could be information. A meaningless erup­tion of words, images, symbols and sounds overwhelmes the recipient who has no control whatsoever over this wave of meaningsless signs: ‘Unnoticed Infor­mation can be accessed from external data carriers. ’
