The newest work of the "artist in residence" of VideoFest'92. Once again he takes up earlier themes: Brittany, a region with a past rich in conflict, always in struggle for preservation of identity and independence - Le Tacon 's homeland, whose portrait he draws in this complicated collage. His own relationship to the region and its people seems as varied and fragmentary as his viewpoints and his handling of the individual sequences. Again and again, his own commentaries - from the poetic to the sarcastic - break into the discourse of images: a constant flow of observations, set scenes, and historical material.
