Many sides will have been explored, many terms will have be­ come more familiar: Hardware, Software, Artware, Wetware ...If everything is getting to be some sort of "... ware", the word LIFE- WARE suggests itself, of course with a connotation of exaggeration and irony. Digitalization, computerization - dehumanization? Mind machines? Do we again have to sing “Fear not", do we have to cheer or dig out our German dispair of civilization because we are dealing with technical novelties? Will the Occident drown or soar?
