Pei-Shih TU was born in 1981 in Miaoli County, Taiwan. She holds a Master of Fine Arts from Goldsmiths College, University of London, London (2007). Her work has been selected for numerous international film festivals and exhibitions, including Art Stage Singapore (Singapore, 2012), Dual Senses and Dynamic Views – Contemporary Art Exhibition Across the Taiwan Straits of 2011 (National Art Museum of China, Beijing, 2011), Tokyo Art Fair (Tokyo, 2011), The Maryland Film Festival (USA, 2008), The 6th Filmmor Women’s Film Festival (Istanbul, 2008), and VAA Videomedeja (Museum of Vojvodina, Serbia, 2007). Recent solo exhibitions include Another Beautiful Day (Taipei, 2009), The Adventures in Mount Yu (Taipei, 2010) and The Visible Story (Taipei, 2012).
