The three-day workshop will examine the potentials for using sound material in art activism and tactical media campaigns. It Is conceived as a “Tactical Media Lab” in preparation of the Next 5 Minutes 4: Tactical Media conference which is due to take place in Amsterdam in May 2003. One of the projects to be developed during the workshop is “pool.prj” a multi-layered collaborative sound project conceived by Laurence Rassel (be) and Cornelia Sollfrank (de) with other collaborators.
