A multi-media project for the dissemination of artistic statements on television, radio, and in subway stations which has initiated more than fifty works by artists from France and the US. This is a segment from the video component with fourteen one- minute spots by Beth B., Dara Birnbaum, Patrick de Geteere / Cathy Wagner, Pierre Lobstein, Nam June Paik, the Yonemotos, and others. The project is supposed to give artists an opportunity to react to fundamental social changes and problems at the end of the twentieth centery. Two works are shown between the individual videos of the main program.
