How do you react when the answer to the burning questions of a movement of movements is a counterquestion: what to do about the question “what to do?” (was tun?) Possibly, the contradictions of political life can be met with connections of stories which go beyond the content of individual expressions, in order to share the experiences of as many ways of speaking and acting as possible. WasTun.Org is a multi-media tool for story-telling which allows its users to make their own selections from available text and video material and to combine it with their own articles, clips and movies in order to generate a multiplicity of answers to the question, “what to do?”. WasTun.Org developed from the arte evening with the same title and will be relaunched in an international version on 2 February before being continued as a quarterly multi-media journal. In a 90-minute offline and online “Revue”, existing and as yet unpublished material will be presented, remixed and performed by the protagonists, including “The Yesmen” and “Yo Mango”.
