Wir betrauern den Verlust von Alex Adriaansens, Mitbegründer und langjähriger Direktor von V2_ in Rotterdam und ältestes Beiratsmitglied der transmediale. Durch seine große Erfahrung im Bereich Kunst und Technologie war Alex’ Stimme gleichermaßen von Begeisterung und Klarsicht geprägt. Als aktives Mitglied des transmediale-Beirats seit 2003 war seine Unterstützung bemerkenswert: Während transmediale und CTM versuchte er jedes Mal an so vielen Veranstaltungen wie möglich teilzunehmen und gab bei Beiratssitzungen bis vor Kurzem detailliertes Feedback. Alex wird von uns sowie von vielen Kolleg*innen und Künstler*innen weltweit vermisst werden.
