Leslie Dunton-Downer, a writer based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, was a 2014 recipient of the Berlin Prize. With transmediale & N.K. Projekt, she co-produced The Magical Secrecy Tour, a bus journey into the surveillance culture of Berlin one year after Snowden. In conjunction with the bus tour, she co-produced Lars & Jonathan: A Berlin Friendship, a short fiction film directed by A.K. Barrett, starring Lars Eidinger & Jonathan Lethem.
