A video which is peculiar in the best sense. It walks the tightrope between farce and indictment, keeping a balance between fictional documentary and derisively churned out cliches, cleverly masking the serious intentions with touches of "kitsch". In diverse episodes and varying forms of genre and narrative, Logger addresses the violence, hypocrisy, pseudo-moralism and double standards of our postmodern age - not sparing his own work either, as he constantly, and ironically, fractures any claim to stylistic continuity. Nor does he shirk from pathos, which he relentlessly deploys, a hairsbreadth away from outright cynicism, always on the verge of outrageous comedy. As we know, it is becoming more and more difficult to make „correct"statements. For the same reason, attempts to tackle them, like in this video, are all the more interesting.
