Federico Bonelli was born in Rome in 1969. He graduated in philosophy and history of science at the University of Rome. After a period of research within the department of Mathematics working with Prof. Lucio Russo he practiced philosophy as an independent researcher. Since 2002 Bonelli lives in Amsterdam, where he works as a freelance media artist.
