In the Columbus Year, twenty- one French artists have worked on the all-too familiar theme of "the New World(s)." Two extremely obscure characters lead us through the eighteen-part program, in which no ani-mati- on technique is neglected, and no idea too outlandish, in the attempt to come to terms with the sad results of the discovery of this "New World" in a firework of sarcastic parody and furious humor. A fresh, witty work that proves that computer animation doesn't necessarily have to mean slickness and lack of content.
