"This new installation for VideoFest '93 consists of an arrangement of seven monitors in seven open, yellow wooden boxes:
- Myosotis ("forget-me-not") and Myocardie ("cardiac muscle")

- Commentaries on the Same Scene
- Conservation of Space
- Lead in the Flead
- Atlas
- 40 Days 40 Nights

De Chalendar's material is language in the form of poetic texts and and found images from sources such as private film archives that she reworks. Fier themes include order, the labyrinth, the trip, memory, the fragment, and the permanent reorganization of material.
"Sounds and images in circulation - CONSTELLATIONS - Furies and Lightnesses of me - into opposing oscillations. Passages from the surface into the abyss - SYSTOLE - DIASTOLE - heart muscle and arteries contract, then the movement of expansion. A choreographical and musical composition of coming and going - inversions - mirrors - walls in fragments/echos slip away. From constant shiftings to calm through the profusion and loss of sense(s)...." (Sabine de Chalendar).
